Location: Sesvete
The subject of this project was the construction of the annex and the reconstruction of the ”Tokić” distribution centre (former ”Baumax” shopping centre). The total gross building area is approximately 4.000 m2. The annex building is made of a steel structure (steel columns and roof construction) and a composite slab (steel beams-concrete slab).
