Location: Donja Podstrana
Concept design was made for a hotel with a total gross area of aprrox. 3800 m2. The above-ground part of the building is made of two seperate structural parts which are separated by airspace on the complete building height, and are connected only by a joint roof – a slanted RC concrete plate.
