A space conversion was made for the needs of the new owner – Tommy d.o.o. from Split. Because of the said conversion there was a requirement for certain changes and construction reinforcements on parts of the building. Also, an additional steel structure (dimensions 10,5×35,3 meters) was constructed near the south eastern facade of the shopping centre.
