LOCATION: Solin
Existing structure consists of a ground floor, first floor, second floor and a loft.
The building has a rectangular floor plan with a jutting semicircular section (polygonal) on the south side.
Reconstruction consists of:
– Removing the existing wooden roof
– Creating an extension of masonry walls on the second floor
– Creating a new RC slab with a thickness of h=18cm
– Creating a new RC roof with a changed orientation (the roof ridge is vertical to the old roof)
– Creating a new steel spiral staircase connecting the second floor and the loft
